Jammy Baked Brie
Melty brie, sweet apricot jam, a flaky crust…what’s not to love? Share with a group as an appetizer, or make it the main event – we won’t judge.
Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough
8 ounces brie cheese wheel
apricot jam
sliced apples, crackers, nuts, anything you wanna dip
Instructions:
On a large piece of foil, roll out the crescent dough to create one large rectangle. Place the brie in the middle of the dough, and spread a layer of jam over top, followed by a layer of apple slices. Fold the dough over the brie, encasing it entirely.
Wrap the brie in two layers of foil, and place in a small saucepan with a well-fitting lid. Set pan over low-medium heat on your stove, and cook the brie for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check the dough after 30 minutes by peeling back the foil; if the dough is not fully cooked, return to heat for 5 minutes at a time until done.
Serve with all your dippables, and feel fancy.
