Griddled Cinnamon Rolls

Start your morning on a sweet note with this three-ingredient recipe! Quick to come together, they’re the perfect way to kick off the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of cinnamon rolls

  • 2 apples

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

Pop open your can of cinnamon rolls and place each roll on a griddle set over low to medium heat, 1 to 2 inches apart. Flatten with a spatula. They’ll puff up a bit as they cook, so press them down with your spatula every now and again so they cook through evenly. Once the bottoms are nice and golden, flip them over and continue cooking until browned on both sides and cooked through.

In the meantime, dice up your apples and add them to a saucepan with a dash of cinnamon. Set pan over low to medium heat with a splash of water and cover, stirring occasionally. You can cook your apples until just softened or longer for a jammier texture!

To serve, stack griddled cinnamon rolls on a plate and top with apples. Open up the icing that comes included with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle over the top
